Currently, all designs and component details are completed using either 2D or full 3D parametric solid, surface and assembly modelling using the latest industry standard CAD software.

The advantages of CAD design are very evident in the trend towards faster turn round from design to manufacture.
In today’s highly competitive market, the faster the product can be placed in manufacture, the greater market share can be obtained.

For this reason, we have invested heavily in CAD and have a policy of constant upgrading to meet today’s demands.

This facility offers rendered images of the design and compatible outputs for rapid prototyping.
Foam concept models and presentation drawings can be provided early in the development and fully accurate prototypes where required.

Full manufacturing documentation is provided complete with component details, assemblies and parts lists.
